Birra Plurale "India Pale Ale"
€5 / 33cl brown glass bottle "Da consumersi... 220419 L045" @ Nel Buco Del Mulo, Roma, IT on 29 June 2018
Notes: "Ricetta 2". Clear deep-golden/amber in color beneath a medium sized head of off-white foam. Very good head retention and good lacing. Aroma of grainy, biscuity malt and citrus and pine. Flavor delivers a biscuity, gently caramelish malt that's threaded through with notes of grapefruit and pine. Its median bitterness lingers in the dry finish. Slightly earthy.

Dark orange, decent off-white foam.
Citrus smell, with a peppery touch, and a light fruitiness.
In the tastemore resinous, again citrus, on a good maltiness.
Again citrus and resinous in the aftertaste, but not really fresh and lively.
Honest beer, aven pleasant, but for sure, not a masterpiece of the style.
