Pint came with 3/4 inch of creamy white head. Head stayed and left nice thick lacing down the nonic. Clear of sediment. A very nice dark amber/red color.
Smell was spicy and grains. Some light citrus aroma.
Taste was spicy of rye. Nice. Hops bitterness. Well balance and very drinkable. Less harshness than the APA. OG was listed as 15.2. The IBU were listed as 38.4 Too bad this is not available in bottles.
Mouthfeel was medium in body. Some zip from the alcohol but with smoothness from the mild/medium carbonation.
