Had this on-tap in Evansville at the Gerst Haus and wish I hadn't.
Served in a chilled mug.
A: Poured a crystal clear, yellow color. WTF? Also, it had a white head. WTF?
S: Smelled of wheat and lemon, but it only smelled of lemon because I added one.
T: I got a soft bit of banana and diluted coriander, but that's about it.
M: Flat as a pancake, which doesn't bode well for any wheat beer and mild splotchy lacing.
O: Hell, I love being a homer at times and will always consider Kentucky to be my home, but this was one of the worst beers of the year.

Pours a cloudy golden-yellow. Overabundant head of carbonation -- too much, as seems to be the norm from BBC's 12 oz. bottled line. No lace whatsoever.
Nose brings a whiff of clove-like spice, and some yeast. Maybe a hint of orange citrus. Not bad, but not as aromatic as it should be.
Taste up front is sweet, with some spice coming in softly around the edges. Definitely lacks the complexity and depth of a serious German hefeweizen. Drinkable as a lighter session brew, but overall, not a good representative of the style.
