Pours a an effervescent amber with one pinky of beige colored head. Sheets of lacing good head retention, a few floaties
S: Cakey, some leafy hops late
T: Follows the nose, piney bitterness as well, plus dryness up front, some flinty mineral like hops as well. Dryness, leafy hops & cakey sweetness as this warms. Finishes dry, cakey & with some leafy hops
MF: Fairly chewy with subdued carbonation, nice balance
Good old school DIPA, the nose could've been better
