Look: Hazy golden color with little head.
Smell: Sourness with nice hints of dill and rosemary.
Taste: Lots of Sourness with hints of dill and rosemary. Slight hints of breast malt. Very little flavor from the yeast.
Feel: light to medium body, medium carbonation
Overall for a sour it is pretty one deminsional but due to the herbs unique.

have never really had a beer like this. i have to assume its kettle soured, lacto heavy, maybe left a little long in that stage, but with an awesome herbal profile of rosemary and dill. fresh and bright in the nose, and hazy white yellow in appearance, its a very unique brew, high in acidity and very summery. i get the berliner type lacto first, and its rather sharp, white distilled vinegar and lemons at the same time, but behind it is fresh rosemary, oily and pungent, just picked, dill and other herbs are behind that in nose and taste, the rosemary is the primary herb here. its quite sour, nothing really to balance it out, and the herbs kind of take the place of hops in this one. i think if there was a touch more body, and if there was a little less acidity, this would be really awesome stuff. to be honest, i would love to try a brett fermented version, or even a french yeast version, give it a little more life than all the acidity does. overall though an inventive beer that i am sure will be refined in the future. probably the most creative beer i saw on the menu here yesterday.
