Just in time for Halloween, we're dressing this beer up with tons of chocolate, peanuts, caramel, some lactose sugar, and a dash of salt. It all comes together in a chewy milk stout that tastes just like a classic halloween candy favorite.

From a 16 oz. can into a Willi Becher style glass, this beer pours out a light brown while running into the glass, but forms almost black in the glass with some highlights. It forms a very thin, tan colored crown that doesn’t stick around long.
The nose carries what it advertises; snickers. This thing smells like a snickers bar in a glass; caramel and chocolate with a slightly salty peanut presence.
The taste somewhat achieves the same thing, but fades in and out between the prominent lactose. I think that lactose is covering up the other notes too much, not letting them shine like they should.
The mouthfeel could be thicker, but at 7.5% it’s not too bad. Somewhat creamy before it dries out.
Overall, this wasn’t bad by any means. I just thought the lactose took over the show and didn’t allow the rest to shine. The nose delivered snickers bar head on and was undoubtedly the best aspect of this beer.
