Some out of towners say that the one thing they dislike about Texas is that we don’t have seasons. Well, we kind of like that about our state. That’s why we brewed up Todo el Día Mexican Lager. Todo el Día is a beer brewed to drink all day, every day, all year. Crisp Pilsner malt with rustic flaked maize leads to a biting dryness with a smooth finish. With or without a lime, this cerveza is just what a Texan needs any day of the year. ¡Salud!

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a light golden color with a one finger head of fizzy white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strongest of a cracker and pilsner malt smell mixed with some light graininess and a little bit of caramel. Along with these smells is a touch of herb and some light hay.
Taste – The taste begins with a crisp cracker malt flavor mixed with a little bit of graininess and a touch of corn sweetness. There is also a little bit of caramel and hay flavor which both fade a touch. All the while the grain gets a bit more intense, and along with the corn doing as well, one is left with a rather crisp and clean Mexican lager flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is very light and crisp with a carbonation level that is medium. Overall, the feel is good for the style and makes for an easy drinker.
Overall -A rather easy drinking Mexican lager nice for a warm summer day.
