Cuerno Rojo is a smooth Mexican style Vienna lager packed full of flaked maize and Vienna malt and fermented with a yeast strain from one of Mexico’s predominant breweries. Smooth and toasty, yet light enough to drink all year round. Pair Cuerno Rojo with food or drink it on its own. It's never a bad time to reach for a Cuerno! Salud!

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a reddish-brown color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving just a small amount lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a lightly toasted malt smell mixed with aromas oc caramel and harvest fruits of apple and pear. Along with these aromas comes notes of corn, some herb and a bit of hay.
Taste – The taste begins with toasted malt flavor mixed with some caramel and a light grain and corn taste. As the taste advances the sweetness gets a bit stronger and is joined by some flavors of a light herbal hop. These tastes take the taste to the end, leaving one with a slightly sweeter, but crisp lightly toasted taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium in thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is rather average. Overall, the feel makes for a good balance between easy drinking and allowing the flavors to come through.
Overall – A pretty decent Vianna lager overall. Slightly sweeter in nature, but overall easy drinking.
