On-draught @ Red Horn.
10.1% IBU 29. Tripel.
Shockingly mellow for a 10.1% ABV ale. Yet also shockingly insipid. Belgian blonde malt, pear esters from Belgian yeast, maybe flaked wheat. Coriander, spicy clove.
Very drinkable, though it leaves much to be desired in terms of depth of flavour.
High C+ (3.23) / ABOVE AVERAGE
