Barista Theory: Pour Over

The second release of our Barista Theory Series. The Pour Over variant features Ethiopian Yirgacheffe single origin coffee prominently displayed atop an intense double stout backdrop. We used house brewed concentrated cold brew made with house roasted beans. After fermentation, we took an additional 22# of the same coffee and infused the finished beer for 12 hours using our dynamic coffee infusion technique to achieve a bold, extremely coffee forward aroma and flavor. This is just like a mug of your favorite black coffee, only better.
