First brewed with our friends at Southern Heights Brewing Co. We were going to race our busses for a sick promo video, but neither would start... So everybody wins!
We took the same mash, same hops, and brewed two very different beers using our own preferred house brewing methods and water treatments.
We made the Red Horn version in the vein of a classic West Coast American IPA. Sharp, bitter, bright, crisp, and clear. Big bursts of Citra, Azacca, Simcoe, and Idaho 7 hops provide a tropical and citrusy nose and palate.
