The colour is deep brown-red; the liquid is clear. The beige head is one finger high and compact, it leaves almost no lacing.

The smell is creamy with notes of coffee, gravy and cream candy. There are also some roasted notes (sweet coffee) as well as a bitter-sour flavour of sour cream, chives and nuts. It is pleasant and a bit odd at the same time.

The taste got the same unexpected notes of sour cream, chives, leeks, coffee, roasted nuts, toffee and margarine. The aftertaste is more focused with some dry, lightly roasted malt, vegetables, meat/gravy and a mild to medium bitterness.

The carbonation is medium, the bubbles are very small. The liquid is light.

A dark lager with very unusual flavours that actually worked in an odd way.
