Yellow clear liquid (5 EBC). Finger thick white compact head. Good retention. Some lacing.
The smell is sweet and malty with hints of honey. Hints of yeast and alcohol. Some anonymous bitter flavours in the background. Much like an average Swedish macro-lager.
The taste is sweet with some passing bitter flavours. French loaf and wheat dough. Some unclean earthy notes in the background makes me think of German brewpubs. Medium body. The aftertaste is sweet with some wort and weak bitter flavours. Wet paper in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong, the small bubbles smooth on the tongue. The liquid is semi-smooth.
A run of the mill macro-lager from a micro brewery. Sweeter than most.
