On-tap at Virginia City Brewery & Taphouse, Virginia City, NV
A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in co.or and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a large, thin patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of floral and spicy hops are present in the nose along with slight hints of caramel malts.
T: The taste has flavors of spicy hops with a bit of floral hops. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the spicy hop flavors in this IPA to be a refreshing change of pace compared to other beers in the style.
