Amber reddish color with a thick beige head with good retention.
Aroma with notes of hay, some fusil alcohols, nuts and prunes.
Flavor with notes of prunes, dry hay, grainy and toasted malts, tea leaves, cloves, dunk hops and some lemon. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light body with slightly effervescent carbonation. Alcohol of 7.5% is well disguised, just with a mild different note of fusil alcohols.
Easy to drink Dubbel with mild spices and just some fruity notes relatively to style. I just felt some higher alcohols than usual, though.
