Light yellow whitey color with practically no head.
Funky aroma, it felt contaminated. Sour notes of papaya puke and sulfur.
Flavor with notes of oxidized pineapple juice, bread, herbal hops, lemon, some papaya juice, lactic acid and banana. Dry and acid aftertaste.
Light to watery body with low carbonation.
This has very little resemblance to a German Weizen. Although flavor didn’t feel as contaminated as the nose, it was still bothering in every sip to get a sniff of it. Quality on Argentinean craft beer varies too much.
