Golden yellow color with a thick head with great retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with notes of lemon, mild banana and lots of pineapple juice.
Flavor with notes of pineapple juice, lemon, dough and mild ginger. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with good carbonation of tiny bubbles.
Citrusy and super refreshing Kolsch, lemon and pineapple citrusy ruling. So Kolsch, not really Kosher. Still pleasant.
