On tap @ the source for Grand Pre during SDBW.
A: Pours black with thin 1/4-inch mocha head which fades to a thin cap and leaves spotty lace.
N: Vanilla and raspberry up front followed by dark chocolate and roasty coffee.
T: Raspberry leads the way followed by vanilla then along comes cocoa with coffee trailing. The mellow Vietnamese balances out well with the other components.
M: Full body and moderate carbonation. Well balanced and nearly equal on finish.
O: At first I did not believe this would be that good, but I was very wrong. All the mixture worked well together with none overpowering another. Best overall from both Lap 1 and 2.
