Black with tan head.
Fragrant, boozy vanilla nose.
Hot liquor and sharp, rich peanut butter with a fair dose of coffee. The flavors are accurate but don't work well together, IMO. There's a bite from the heat, base beer's not coming through.
Adjuncts make this one tough to manage.

On tap at the brewery. 8oz pour into a snifter.
Pours an opaque black, with just a ring of head. sticks around for the duration. Generic looking stout, but nice nonetheless.
Smells very sweet. Dark roasted malts, peanut butter, coffee & a hint of bourbon. Smells inviting, but not peanut butter dominant.
Taste of sweet malts, peanut butter, slight bourbon, slight coffee and a tad boozy. Kind of hot still. Not as balaced or dominate of flavors as expected. Leaves you expection more.
Mouth is more pleasant than the actual swallow. Peanut butter is more present with a nice Slighty dry finish.
Sounded better than it actually was. I believe the peanut butter stout I had on tap at Mission was better than this one. Still a decent brew, but wouldn't hunt it down.

Tan head. Black color.
Chalky peanut butter flavor. Coffee is very mild. Just not digging the PB. Very chcolately and roasted.
Medium to full bodied. Ends very bitter. Also dry and roasted.
Not a huge fan.
