A: Pours black with a 1/4-inch thick off-white head which fades to the rim leaving splotchy lace.
N: Roasty and grainy, sharp acidity, earthy coffee.
T: Roast, coffee, nutty, with a slight smoked bacon overtone.
M: Full body and medium carbonation. Bright earthy coffee finish.
O: Enjoyed this very much. Liked the slightly more acidic quality of this coffee.
