The color on this is nice, a scarlet hued deep brown, not completely opaque.
Bubbly ivory head sticks around. Minimal lace.
Nose is spot on.. getting that sweet cherry cordial aroma with a good vanilla balance. Milk chocolate too.
Creamy.. more of the same in flavors. More roasty coffee. Cherry is more of an afterthought. Vanilla subtle, more potent as it warms.
Creamy cask body. A tad thin, but goes down smooth. Slight stickiness. Good beer for the cask.
