Part of Lap Two of the 2018 Speedway Grand Prix
In this case baklava = pistachios and honey added. Seems pretty simple but they manage to get a pretty convincing flavor out of it. The nuts not only lend a certain roasty quality to the beer but also add a sort of earthiness that mimics the flavor of baklava well. The honey, of course, tunes up the sweetness a bit but this isnt super sweet thanks to the nuts. Good stuff.
