Meadowfoam is a Pacific Northwest plant that creates a unique, marshmallow-flavored honey. Owner Peter Zien created this beer in collaboration with Hilary Kearney from Girl Next Door Honey. A donation will be made by AleSmith to the Xerces Society in support of initiatives to protect bees, vital role players in sustaining our food sources.
