This variation on our classic bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout was loaded with raspberries and then topped off with Dominican cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, and Vietnamese espresso. The result is deliciously fruity, sweet, and complex.

raspberry, cocoa, vanilla and espresso come together very well in this high ABV, skewing sweet, Speedway variant. The fruit is a nice touch and adds great flavor. It also adds sugar and increases the ABV. It drinks like a 14% beer, so go slow. Its rich, smooth and decadent; very desserty and delicious. Worth a go!
