Usually this quad makes a reappearance every year around the holidays (hence the name) but lately its been sticking around even longer and thats fine by me. Its a big, bold Belgian given a healthy dose of holiday spices and yeast, resulting in a spicy, sort of funky, definitely yeasty quad that is surprisingly smooth given its 12% ABV. The spice gives the beer a subtle warming effect that pairs well with the alcohol but it goes down easy enough to get you into trouble after you inadvertently hammer back about 24 ounces without realizing it.
