Originally one of Peter Zien’s homebrew recipes, Private Stock Ale has become AleSmith’s most award-winning beer. Each year we reserve a small amount of this once-a-year offering to age in select bourbon barrels. The result is an extremely complex brew that showcases rich flavors of caramel, molasses, toffee, vanilla, and dried fruit.
