In collaboration with Peter Zien's cousin Sam Zien, the cooking guy. Designed as an easy drinking rice lager made with Thai Hom Mali (Jasmine) rice that lends delicate and aromatic floral notes, this beer's clean and crisp notes makes it versatile for any cuisine whether it's rich, savory, spicy, or simple.
