On cask at Beachwood BBQ, consumed right after Pliny the Younger. On to the beer:

Chocolate brown in color with good head and a fair helping of lacing. The smell; immediately I can identify the scotch. It helps that I occasionaly drink Johnnie Walker at home. Also a little bit sweet. Taste is where things become outstanding. It tastes like toasted marshmallows at a campfire with a hint of chocolate. Is this liquid s'mores? It's extremely light in carbonation, but the sticky feeling it leaves aroud my mouth makes me smile. The alcohol is buried brilliantly, helping make an already great beer become drinkable to an extent.

Yummy. Need I say more?

On cask at Beachwood BBQ,

A: Pours brown with a medium strong off-white head, good retention, good lace.

S: Whisky notes, molasses, sugary, enjoyable.

T: Has a strong malt character as the style should have. A very attractive toasted marshmallow play (thanks for bringing that up DoubleJ), toffee, whisky, good flavours.

M: Very smooth, medium-bodied, light carbonation, soft.

D: The Scotch blends very well with the base beer here. I still like BA Wee Heavy more, but this is certainly something to experience.
