Poured from 12oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 3/9/25.
Appearance: rich, super-dark brown with a haze to the body and a thick finger of tan foam atop. Nice.
Smell: the malt is quite roasty and a little bit astringent, kind of like raw roasted malt. There is some balancing sweetness, so it's not bad, but it just doesn't quite come together.
Taste: the roast / sweet / astringent balance is a bit better in the flavor than the aroma, I think because the sweetness works to greater effect here. However, it's also quite thin in flavor, like a beer that's been diluted with water. For NA, not bad, but also not a 1:1 substitute for the real thing.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and okay creaminess.
Overall: I think stouts are particularly hard to nail for an NA beer. Not having the core maltiness to add balance and weight does detract from the overall effect. That said, these beers have come a super long way in the last few years, and it's certainly not an unpleasant beverage by any means.

12 FL. OZ. can
Served in a snifter
This beverage pours black and is topped with a thin, tan head that recedes quickly leaving little lacing.
A little chocolate and roasted malt aromas.
Chocolate, molasses cookie. Roasted malt in the finish and aftertaste.
Thinner bodied with a watery mouthfeel
It is a thin, watery, not great stout. If I don't want alcohol, I sure as heck do not want a fake beer to slake my thirst. Water is just fine.

Clear, dark brown pour, reddish hues, opaque in the glass; thick head, khaki colored, semi-creamy texture, long-lasting. Incredible aroma; roasted dark and charred grain, coffee, mocha, toffee. Dark chocolate with a mild sour-like component; balanced bitterness. Heavy body; sticky.
I'm going to have to compare this to Guinness 0. Overall, a pretty good dark beer with just a tad too much sourness for my taste, but otherwise a very solid and enjoyable NA beer.
ABV: < 0.5%; pouring temperature: 59.6 °F; canning info: 03/09/2025

The chocolate and coffee smell is intoxicating and lets you know this is going to be a really good beer. But then you taste it and remember it is NA. It has a decent roasted malt flavor but misses the depth of a real stout. At first, I noticed that it also had a lingering sour/metallic taste that kind of threw it off. Then I came back a few minutes later for the next taste and didn’t pick that up on the next try.
Overall, a decent na beer.

Head receding surprisingly fast. Aroma as a stout should. Dark syrup. Taste all the way, lingering for a long time, fading, coming back. Carbonation spot on. Aftertaste especially pleasing, tranquility. Half way aroma takes notes of coffee. Nice one.

12 ounce can, canned on 12/09/24. Don't see many NA stouts around here so I figured I'd try this when I had the chance. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like roasted malt, grain, caramel and some chocolate. For the most part the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also a bit of coffee flavor noticeable too. I do think the grainy and chocolate flavors stand out somewhat compared to the others. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and a bit coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was an enjoyable NA stout, wouldn't mind drinking it again in the future. Not a bad alternative stout for an NA brew.

Trago lentisimo

Can. Tan head, dark brown, black color.
Most of the NA dark or “stout” beers are overly roasted. This isn’t. Chocolate milk and coffee. Some roasted malts, but balanced. Caramel. Smooth and creamy. Full of flavor.
One of the best NA dark beers I’ve tried.
