The final can of the mixed pack - a tall pint poured into a pint glass. It's a transparent, amber-tinged yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Solid lacing. Aromas of bitter hops with a layer of freshly-brewed coffee on top. I am getting fruity notes here: maybe peach, white grape, some more citrus leanings. My nose is suffering for sinuses today. Tastewise, the coffee note is very evident, amplifying the dank, earthy bitterness of the usual WCIPA. This one is pretty well-carbonated, sizeable. A sweet quality up front before the rest sinks in. Dry conclusion that leaves the bitterness lingering.
A solid, enjoyable, not too complicated beer.

Copenhagen 11/11 025. 47,3 cl can from DrikBeer web-shop. Alesmith's usual Coffee & Beer brand design with two cartoonish characters - a beer can and a cup of coffee - strolling together.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a mid-sized, frothy white head. Stable. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing .
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with tart citrus fruit and a distinct scent of coffee. Sweet peach and apricot. Lemon and lime. Black bitter coffee.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is quite intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fresh with a pleasant touch of bitter coffee.

Nice bitter hop and light bitter roasty coffee aroma and flavor. Nice balance of flavors. Not overdone either way. Medium bodied with a nice bitter finish.
