Copenhagen 30/11 2025. 47,3 cl can from DrikBeer web-shop. Off-white can in AleSmith's usual Coffee & Beer brand design. Cartoonish figures of a cup of coffee and a beer can stolling.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with an odor of sweet malts mingling with a scent of ripe fruit and a hint of coffee. Sweet caramel and a bit of toffee. Peach and plum. Black coffee.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick and viscous, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry,
Sweet Belgium meets bitter coffee.

I am trying the straight down the middle pour now, so we'll see how this goes. A pint can poured into a pint glass:
The beer is a darker yellow, semi-opaque with some visible bubbling. This lead to a nice finger of foamy white head. The aroma is that of a lighter beer like any of this style except with a strong aroma of coffee. Tastes light like a blonde but with some obvious complexities going on underneath the surface level of a coffee adjunct. The lactose does give it a sort of dairy quality. I get the vanilla as well. Light body (duh) but with a sweet and creamy finish.
It's effective as a morning coffee sort of beer. Not crazy unusual, but still enjoyable.

Big roasty coffee aroma and flavor ! Light vanilla character. Good balance but Coffee > Blonde Ale. Medium to light bodied with a nice dry roasty finish.
