Poured on tap at Alesmith in San Diego. Pours motor oil black with a thin layer of dark brown head.The nose is cinnamon, chili, vanilla, and a nice layer of rum. The taste is interesting. Rum, mild chili (kind of wished there was a bit more heat), dark berries, coffee, vanilla, and some molasses. Really good beer.
