On cask @ the source for bottle release of Vietnamese Coffee.
A: Pours black with a thin mocha head which leaves splotchy lace.
N: Cherry fruit pie baked in dark wood with faint earthy coffee. Fruity.
T: Complex dark cherry pits, woody, earthy, boozy with some sweetness from the fruit and interwoven vanilla.
M: Full body and semi-moderate carbonation. Rich, earthy and warm finish.
O: Favorite of the variants offered. The vanilla, on warming, played off the coffee and woody cherry pits in a most enjoyable way. Applause, applause.
