Pours rich gold thick frothy head that dissipates leaving good lacing. Aroma: floral, esthery sweetness, funk. This is a brewer who likes mixed yeast cultures. Some Brett funk, esther sweetness, clove pepper, clashes slightly with piney note in hop bitterness but offset by sweetness. Fullish mouth.
