Very fresh just released, drank in a Brewery event.
Hazy amber whitey color with a thick head with great retention.
Light but pleasant aroma with notes of orange peel citrusy.
Citric flavor with lots of orange peel, lemon and ginger. Hints of pineapple juice with mint. Dry and slightly acid aftertaste.
The Pimenta Rosa (pepper) is barely felt just a glimpse in the aftertaste down the throat.
Light to watery body with good carbonation.
Refreshing Witbier with great drinkability. Body could be definitely bolder and tune up its spices, but it is definitely not a tasteless beer.
