Look: This beer has a deep color, however somehow still manages to look watered down with almost zero head.
Smell: almost Smokey with citrus and nutty notes
Taste: Fairly sweet with a charred flavor, like a bite of charred orange peel
Feel: lacking plenty of body
Overall: definitely would not throw this away, might even buy again if I got a good price, but still not a great beer

Look - Opaque, dark chocolate color with colloids from wheat. No head retention and no perceivable carbonation.
Smell - Toasted bread and black malts. Sharp clove, banana and orange peel notes.
Taste - Very approachable and non-agressive. Clove, banana and orange peel from wheat and yeast. Aftertaste of burnt toast and malts. Little grainy for a wheat beer. On the sweeter side with the characteristic wheat tones.
Mouthfeel - Minimal dryness and no tannin. Heavy syrupy mouthfeel. Minimal carbonation.
Overall - Surprisingly traditional Dunkelweizen made in Mexico. As I mentioned before, these beers tend to be very approachable and enjoyable. I would pair this with honey barbecue chicken, or a heavily spiced cuisine such as Tai food or Indian food.

Definitely a Dunkel Weizen. Hard to see through with a darker, caramel color, like a Diet Coke with a little ice melted in it. This beer doesn't have a distinguished head and very little lacing. Definitely fruity, this bottle of Bocanegra Dunkel Weizen is better on the front of the tongue than the back. There is sweetness, but a little reminiscent of hot compost or old bananas. Very light carbonation and a fruity/sour taste that hangs in your mouth.

Light brown color with practically no head.
Aroma with notes of nuts, wheaty bread, caramels and mild spices.
Flavor of cocoa, nuts, burnt coconut, cloves, wood and some citrusy notes. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
This is a refreshing and fun to drink Dunkelweizen. Light but with the right notes present.
