Odyssey - Sirens Call - white rhapsody - white blanche [witbier]
https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/3963/
L- Pale gold, very slight haze, 'huge and eager' 3cm snow-white head. 3+3/4
S- Mildly spicy note. 3.5
T- Bright, dry, subtly flavoured, so that I can't quite discern the added flavours. 3.5
F- Quite dry, but decent feel for 5% Not adjunct but has that 'adjunct thing' where a minor aspect somehow feels a bit off/wrong. 3
O- It's ok, could work well on a hot day as a thirst slaker but not that polished at the edges. 3.5
5% 330ml stubbie BB 22/12/24 [this is written up from notes made at Xmas 2023]. Ingredients include barley malt, wheat, flavourings (bitter orange and coriander).

Cloudy straw appearance with white head that disipates quickly. Mild but pleasant fruity aroma. Taste is also a mild pleasant fruity that is very smooth.

This is a truly superb wit and do not let the fact that it's greek-made fool you. It pours bright yellow and hazy, with a huge head (much like a good saison) that sticks around. The aroma has a lot of belgian yeast, orange, coriander and some candi sugar. The taste follows the nose but it additionally features a lot of lemony notes. Not too sweet.
