12 fl. oz. Bottle from refrigerator poured to pint glass. 5.5% ABV
A: Uniformly deep golden (pale to medium amber) body, very slightly hazy translucent with light carbonation. Pearly white short lived foam.
S: Light on the nose. Early tastes: Honey, banana. Following: saltine crackers, cherries
T: Orange rind, lemony finish, light caramel. Balanced malt and hop profiles - but nothing distinctive coming forward. Barely detectable alcohol.
M: Watery, very light on the carbonation. Compounding slightly-oily finish.
O: Could benefit from increased carbonation. Aromas and taste is are well-balanced but muted.
