Pours murky, gold in color with one third inch head. Taste is lemon, grain of paradise, and doughy malt. Light bodied, moderate carbonation and sweet. Perfect easy drinker for a hot night. Would get this again.

Poured from 12 oz bottle to pint glass.

A: Crystal clear pale straw. Clean uniform white foam.
S: Banana, pineapple, aloe. Light.
T: Underipe pear, Raw peanuts, golden raisins, lightly grassy.
M: Very light carbonation, almost watery.
O: Very light and yeast ester driven ale. Could use more carbonation. Last sips paired nicely with a bite of spicy italian sausage.
