Nearly clear yellow amber brew with plenty of foam in the wine glass. Thin and a bit sharp for a Hefe, but seriously aromatic. Smells of apples and banana with a whiff of sulphur. Long nose of clove.
This is a very quaffable and more refreshing sort of light Hefeweizen. But it's very spicy and aromatic to the last sip. From the 16 oz can purchased at Healthy Spirits.
