This was a fantastic find. So many non-Czech breweries suck at their attempts to make Czech-style Pilsners and pale lagers. This one actually succeeded.
Loved everything about it. The rich gold color, the fragrant grassy bready aroma, and the taste was really exciting with a slight vibrant twist due to using a touch of Simcoe hops in addition to Saaz.
Worthy.
