Clear and very dark brown with a chestnut hue, it had a short tan cap that had great retention and produced a bit of spotty lace. Malty aroma, some chocolate and malted milk. Light bitterness, very clean with some cocoa, burnt, and chocolate flavours. Medium to light bodied, moderate carbonation, smooth texture. Solid all around.
