A: This one is a medium gold with a bit of haze in the body. It develops a moderate white head with pretty good hold and patchy lacing.
S: Spiciness is gentle but prominent, right up front with a little yeasty sweetness. There's plenty of clove, a touch of white pepper, some pale fruits and bubblegum sweetness, and just a hint of hops to balance.
T: The taste keeps all the clove, savory, and peppery spiciness right up front along with apple and pear sweetness and, as in the nose, just enough hops for depth and balance.
M: It's not heavy, by any means, but it's medium body seems to have a lot of heft for a wit. It's very smooth and has a nice crispness to it into a alternation sweet-dry finish.
