16 oz can into a tall Pilsner glass.
L: Pours clear radiant bright yellow with a thin white head that quickly goes to edge foam, light steady carbo, no lacing. This was a gentle pour.
S: Bready, sweet malts, gently floral and airy, fresh cut hay.
T: A good dose of bread dough, sweet malts, gently floral, a hint of fruits esp citrus in the finish, yeast, a suggestion of white grape, cereal grains. A bit rich in the center with very little after taste.
F: Lightly crisp, clean, med-light bodied with a fairly fast and drying finish.
O: A lovely German style Pilsner with bready notes, crisp clean drinking and is very refreshing. With its friendly taste and lower ABV, it's a crusher and is very good in its style.

This beer tastes what I image Bud Light wanted to be, but never could be. It is a modern pilsner, not like Hamms or Pabst. It is smooth and wonderful. Lighter than Lion's Paw and tastes that way. I always buy some when I am in Sioux Falls.

Poured from a can into a tall tap glass.

Pours a slightly-hazy light gold. Subdued head for the style, but there is decent lacing here.

Aromas of clean grain, lemon, and grass. Simple and subdued, clean and crisp.

The brew has clean mild grain on the tip of the tongue, with a sneaky-strong sweet flavor that moves from the background to front and center as the brew warms. The flavors in mid-stream come to the rescue, providing classic earthy and grassy hops. However, although there are no actual adjuncts in this brew, the sweetness sort of makes this brew taste more like an AAL than an old-world Pils.

The brew is medium-bodied and well-carbonated.

Overall, a solid brew that nevertheless tastes like the brewer is trying to appeal to the AAL crowd.
