Poured from a pint can into a tulip.
Pours cloudy but not quite opaque peach-gold with some nice two-fingered fluffy head, good retention, and excellent lacing.
Light pleasant aromas. Lemon, yuzu, peach, grass, and hints of vanilla.
The brew hits the tip of the tongue with mild grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango and vanilla. The mid-palate is greeted with more citrus and less white stone-fruit along with hints of resin and grass. The finish is grass, herb/chive and vanilla. The brew is very well balanced.
The brew is down the middle medium with excellent carbonation and a nearly crisp and drying finish.
As this local favorite steps outside the comfort zone more and more, I'm enjoying the outcomes. Admittedly, this isn't quite what it purports to be (a Milkshake IPA/NEIPA), but it's extremely well balanced and drinkable.

On tap.
Hazy, juicy, but not opaque blonde body, with a creamy head of 1 finger that gradually recedes to a thin ring.
Aromas of fresh bready grain mash and lemon peel with some tangerine and light suggestions of vanilla.
Piney and grapefruity to start with a follow-up of orange marmalade. Herbal finish.
Creamy and carbonated. Moderate heat.
Overall, a fun beer.
