The next phase in Fernson's "Pie Sour" evolution.

Pours a cloudy almost murky peach/gold with limited head and no lacing.

It doesn't look like a Berliner, but the aromas give it away. The peach aroma is subdued for the most part, at least from a distinct aroma standpoint, but the aromas are otherwise classic berliner, with funk and brine.

The brew has more peach on the palate, with sweet peach on the tip of the tongue. Citrus acidity and brine in mid-palate, with a drying citrus finish.

The brew has great carbonation, lift, feel, and dryness.

Fernson's pie sour brews are easily my favorites. Keep bringing them.
