16 oz can drink by 27 Jan '24 into a tall Pilsner glass.
L: Pours murky butterscotch gold with a thin, solid, eggshell white head, rapid & active steady carbonation bubbles, head recedes to med-thick edge foam, tight lacing within dental banding.
S: A hint of bready malts, background fruit, a nuance of grilled pineapple.
T: Fruits, a blend of citrus, grilled pineapple, pear, a touch of peach, light citrus zest esp in the finish and linger, lightly pale, not much aftertaste.
F: Bright, lush, semi-juicy medium-bodied feel. Puree is in the feel with a smooth middle and a moderately fast finish that is quite drying. Remains bright and vibrant to the final sip.
O: The best thing about this beer is that the lime is in the back seat of the taste profile and it exists more so in the finish & linger. Amazing tastes and balance. Very well blended and is on the juicy side. Severely well-made! and a surprise really. It is outstanding in its style.
