16 oz can canned Feb 23, 2024 into a nonic pint glass.
L: SRM 6 Pours a hazy dark orange with a firm rocky domed 1/2" white head that has excellent retention, lots of fine steady carbo bubbles, head remains thick & frothy, thick lacing with solid banding & medium sheeting.
S: Citrus, pineapple, lightly catty, distant peach, light aromas overall, there is an extremely light trace of alcohol with warming.
T: Tangy citrus, distant pineapple, a hint of stone fruit, grapefruit zest (esp in the finish, aftertaste & linger), a suggestion of wheat, a very light touch of alcohol with warming. Full-flavored and moderately rich tasting overall and flavors are deep.
F: Smooth, pillowy, soft, and lightly juicy medium bodied feel with a broad middle and a medium length plush finish. It is chest-warming.
O: Citrusy, rich, not too heavy but is lightly intense. It's ABV note peeks out with warming but is light. Very nice fruit tastes. One of the better Imperial NEIPAs I've had. It is outstanding in its style.
