A sweet stout aged in old bourbon barrels. Smooth and fairly sweet, with a distinct but well balanced bourbon presence that lends a caramel flavor. The stout also presents some chocolate in the finish. I'm not a big bourbon fan, but the bourbon flavor is an interesting dimension, rather than tasting like a boilermaker. A great dessert beer.
