This pours nice and deep amber, leaving a slight head which turns to a fluffy ring soon. the foam sticks to the glass a bit.
Smells okay, I pick up lemon and floral scents, but mostly dry hoppy lemon.
Taste is strange. It is a citrus / unsweetened lemoney flavor which overpowers the taste. Hops are very present.
Mouthfeel is somewhat creamy and dry, but the lemon flavor is so strong it plays on the mouthfeel, causing the dryness.
Finish is lemony and clean, a bit tart.
This is an unusual brew with flavors I would not expect in a bock. A bit too off balance to recommend.
